We strive to be accountable to our clients, licensing bodies, and government laws that direct our care and treatments.  We do our best, but sometimes, it isn’t what you were hoping for.  If something felt ‘off’, or you left feeling not quite right, tell us!  We will do our best to investigate what happened, review what we could have done better, and learn from our mistake. 

We are human, too, but we can’t fix what we don’t realize is wrong.
