We are internationally accredited to provide the GLA:D exercise research program for people with hip or knee osteoarthritis.

This is an 8 week in-clinic physio directed hip & knee osteoarthritis treatment program.  Because it is part of a world-wide research study, no alterations can be made to the program.  Your outcomes will be contributing to ongoing research into best management practices for people living with OA.

Our program is fee-for-service, meaning that you must pay to be a part of it.  This is not part of the Saskatchewan Health Authority, nor it is associated or ‘covered’ by your provincial health card.  It is directy by a physiotherapist, so if you have extra insurance (blue cross, manulife, GMS, etc) and physiotherapy is part of your plan, you can submit your receipts for reimbursement. 

There are 16 sessions over 8 weeks.  It is a flat rate fee for the entire program, no changes can be made, regardless of attendance.
