In The Community

Brownstone Health was founded, owned and is operated out of Regina, Saskatchewan.  Our staff & practitioners live in Regina, and are contributing members of our local community.  Each practitioner chooses organizations and activities that have personal meaning, sharing time & energy, giving back to our community.

Brownstone Health is 100% locally owned and operated. I opened the doors of this business in 2009, riding the highs & the lows of being an entrepreneur, as well as the pandemic. This clinic has grown, changed & matured over the years- but one thing is certain, it lives in a state of constant flux. We are exclusively dependent upon the people of Regina- you have helped us grow. We are honoured you have chosen us to be a part of your current journey.

We were founded on the premise of giving back, through service and volunteer work. In 2023, we donated over $8000 in service to the Saskatchewan Winter Games. We are on several provincial boards, committees and help various local teams to numerous to mention.

In 2024, I have highlighted pillars of community and sustainability to guide us moving forward. I recognize the challenges health care is facing, and see the impacts of it on the people of our community with regards to access and cost. Moving forward, I have decided that we will give back through a clinic initiative I’ve called “Caring for our Community”. You may notice on some receipts that I have absorbed a substantial portion of the cost of your session in order to provide accessibility for this service. This is directly from the clinic bottom line, and my way of continuing to give back as much as I can to the people of Regina who trust us with their health.

I truly appreciate your support, and hope this initiative makes life a little bit better.

In 2024, our Training Room program donated over $32000 of physiotherapy treatment to athletes that are part of our featured teams. We are so proud that we can help these players access care quickly, and markedly subsidized, to do our best to make a difference.

As a local business, we are asked by people on a weekly basis for sponsorship, donations and funding. We are a small business, with independent contractors running smaller businesses out of our facility. We are excited for your events, and we commend you for the work you do, but we see our organization the most valuable by the donation of our time and services to the community. After the success of our first year of Training Room, we intend to continue this initiative through 2025.
